Insurance Information

Dental insurance plans can vary widely — some cover only a portion of treatment costs, while others may cover 50% or more. In most cases, the level of coverage depends on the plan selected by you or your employer.

Cancellation Policy

To provide the highest level of care to all of our patients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 business hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without prior notification, may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to offer timely care to all of our patients and keep our schedule running smoothly.
